"Casa Marina Resort is located in a beautiful beachfront called Bai Xep. The view is exceptionally beautiful. I was looking foward to a quiet and relaxing getaway. Unfortunately, the neighboring guests were too loud. The service could had been a lot better, it's just offered a poor service for such a nice view. I was shocked that nearby guests from the restaurants walked over infront of my bungalow and peed there. It's disappointing to see so many people peed on the beach."

"Check in was a little chaotic. The weekend crowd was overwhelming. It happened the company's trip was booked on the same weekend that we booked. The three elevators were over capacity. I booked an oceanview room. The photo on Expedia showed from the room was all oceanview. However, I got the corner room, it's showed city view and partial oceanview. "I am gonna rate five stars for all. Just only thing which makes me rate 4 star is that the staff has authorised a maintenance guy to enter into my room without my consent due to miscommunication, which is unacceptable. The other thing is room is not sound proof enough as during the night kids and drunken tourists are so annoyed, which can be fixed. Otherwise, all is good for me. Good location, good restaurants are nearby, easy to access to anywhere in Quy Nhon, and staff is friendly, helpful...

"Mostly clean and really nice for couples. Staff was very helpful, scale available in room for convenience. A lot of events taking place at the hotel, can make the elevators take longer. Cons: Breakfast had limited options and was ok. Not what we expected a 5 star hotel to be like, there were little things were weird.
