"Very clean rooms. Had shampoo and conditioner which was a nice treat. Air con was great. Staff were great and seamless check in/out. Got a welcome drink. Great location as we had an early train. Only about 10 mins into the city centre."

"No morning coffee! They have a giant coffee machine…which they run from noon-9pm. They try to make you pay $16 for their breakfast and coffee. Super lame. I will spread the word on every review site because that is just lame."

"It was a pretty good hotel for the price. We got in just before 10:00 but staff had already left for the night so we checked in through the automated check in, which was pretty smooth. The building is a bit dated so there was some cigarette smell when entering, and the occasional whiff of sewer smell from in the room but it seemed to go away pretty quickly. Comfortable bed and great set up for a family of four."

"Parking was a bit stressful, when you arrive you are supposed to phone a number to get the entrance code - not possible if you don't have a French operating phone. The entrance was also tiny and a little tricky to navigate. Plenty of space in the room itself but it was a little run down and didn't look like the photos. Loved the free coffee and hot chocolate downstairs though :) overall a pleasant stay and brilliant location."

"It's very expressive hotel but room were not clean. Spiders web everywhere at the balcony. No shower curtains on the bathtub. Dust on the furniture, lamp, phone."

"It's a little drive away from Annecy town. To do the journey by bus, you need to catch the number 3 then change to the number 12 at La Chapelle. The hotel itself is clean, check-in was easy, breakfast wasn't fancy but perfectly fine. My only downside is that it was very very hot while I was there and there was no drinking water available. There is one vending machine in the lobby and water was always sold out. I think the hotel could benefit from a couple of water coolers in the lobby or in...

"Pas d’air climatisé alors qu’il était sensé y en avoir, nous étions en temps de canicule et notre chambre était au 5eme, réfrigérateur et télévision non fonctionnels et pas de glaçons dans l’hôtel. Le bouchon au fond de la baignoire restait fermé en tout temps."
