"Could not beat the location, absolutely stunning. Our room was also top drawer. However, dinner was mediocre, waiting staff were poorly trained. Breakfast was poor, again few staff, not attentive and food choices were very limited. I had to chase 3 times to order a simple omelette and it was not busy or peak season. Overall beautiful setting which promised highly but service did not deliver and certainly not aligned to the price paid"

"Das Hotel ist ansprechend, nicht so 08 15 wie manche. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer liess ziemlich zu wünschen übrig. Unter dem Bett hatte es gut sichtbar, "Staubmäuse: Das Frühstück war ok, das Personal nett."

"This hotel is beautiful and very inviting. The rooms were a bit small, which was a challenge, but we made the most of it and got along ok. I would stay here again, but would ask for the largest room they have. The location was wonderful, and the property team was very kind. They need to mix up the menu, as they serve the same 3 items every night. We did ask for a different meal, and they somehow made it happen."

"Appartamento grande e pulito in una cascina che ha ampia possibilità di parcheggio. All'ingresso siamo stati accolti da musica in filodiffusione. Unica pecca, il quarto letto messo a disposione (eravamo in quattro) era una brandina poco comoda. Padrone di casa gentile e disponibile. Per chi guarda la tv anche in vacanza, manca il televisore."

"Une maison d’hôte très jolie, sans télévision et c’était très bien, une chambre sympathique propre, intime, le petit déjeuner très bon avec des produits de la régions. Des hôtes agréables et d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Un beau jardin en pleine nature. Une belle découverte à refaire merci Ingrid et jean Paul et youzou à bientôt on reviendra. "This hotel was nice and a good value. We enjoyed our room and it was located a 10 minute drive away from Chateau Chambord. Parking was a bit limited, and don’t plan on arriving early because there is no one at reception until check in time (and they’re only there for limited hours, so keep that in mind!) Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Marcela & Maurice were wonderful hosts. They made our children (age 9 & 6) feel very welcome. They fostered a warm spirit with all the other guests staying at the guest house & the location is great for seeing some of the spots in the Loire Valley. Thank you!"

"Chambre spacieuse et propre, mais mal isolée (porte vers l'extérieur qui laisse passer demain froid) et le chauffage à 22 degrés.. on l'a descendu à 20. Personnel très sympathique. Petit déjeuner : dommage qu'il n'y ai pas d'oeufs brouillés. Le lait demandé m'a été servi tiède. Jolie déco. "
