"Frühstück war international ausgerichtet, finale Finesse hat gefehlt. Qualität war gut. Spa und Ruhebereich bei Vollbelegung viel zu klein. Ein Innenpoolbereich hat gefehlt, da die Hotellage doch deutlich abseits in den Weinbergen liegt und viele Gäste dadurch im Hotel tagsüber verweilen. Tee und aromatisiertes Wasser wurde ausgeschenkt, aber für frische Becher und Tassen hat sich niemand zuständig gefühlt. Hotel ist unter der Woche zu empfehlen, ab Freitag und Wochenende zu voll. "

"Perfect location to stay in Reims. Several sight seeing points are within walking distance and bus/tram ride. Hotel is located at the pedestrian square, lots of restaurants/cafes and shopping are just in front of the hotel."

"We enjoyed our one night stay. Our room was spacious with great amenities. The room and bathroom were clean and it had good amenities. We got room service and the food was good. The coffee provided in the room was delicious and nice to have with some local pastries. Having on site secure underground parking was convenient. The only negative was the location is close to some construction but they didn’t work through the night, so it didn’t interrupt sleeping. "

"Welcoming and helpful staff on reception. I’d chosen one of their single rooms so it was small but as advertised and perfectly fine. The hotel is well situated for exploring Reims city centre and close to bars and eateries. Parked car in municipal car park by the Boulingrin indoor market about 5 mins from the hotel which cost less than 4 Euros overnight. Nice simple typical breakfast at the hotel for a very reasonable 10 euro. Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Reims again."
