The shower was inconsistent from a temperature stand point, with a broken shampoo dispenser as well. "This place was perfect for my trip to Bendigo with my sister. Bedrooms at either ends of the property with options to access at front or rear suited us as I had a busy agenda and friends to entertain, all easily done without impacting her beauty sleep :) The location is so convenient & having a parking bay was great. The staff/assistance with any questions was great too. The only possible improvement could be more hangers (there was only 3 in each room) and improved wifi for streaming...

"The hotel is very convenient if you would like to walk around the CBD. The hotel rooms are basic and the surrounds can be noisy late at night. I was given misinformation and did not receive my code to enter the building which was stressful at the time. Fortunately, I called Expedia support and an email was sent with details of how to enter the hotel."

"Although the building appeared new, the architect forgot to design a bathroom big enough for the average adult. The bed was very comfortable indeed. It was also very quiet in Room #9."

"Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean but small. Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan and the sink was out of the bathroom and in the kitchen area. The duvet/blanket and sheet on the bed was far too short to be comfortable."
