"We had a lovely stay - it was a 2 night getaway with great food and shopping the hotel is clean the staff are kind and friendly the rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet is awesome - if I had to pick in one thing only I’d say - the pillows were not comfortable too hard. "

"Loved the location re Eastland shopping centre. Disappointed again with 'stench' in carpark entry to hotel. Quite off-putting. Problem was explained and actions being undertaken to rectiify problem - long term and short term. Recommend stronger air fresheners or similar be implememted to mask stench in interim. Current measures are not working well enough."
