"The hotel itself is nice. The swimming pool and jacuzzis are good amenty addition. They were very useful after a full day of activity in the mountain. The rooms are big and and lots of space. I was just dissapointed upon check in. We booked 2 adults and 2 kids. The room was set for 2 adults only. Since we drove from city, we came late night. I expected that everything was set. But to my surprise, the bed was not ser. We have to set the sofa bed ourselves and we found dirty towels and linens...
