"The staff was lovely and the rooms were great nice comfortable bed. We had a really nice view from the window on the fifth floor. The only thing was they were doing renovations which I wasn’t expecting. Other than that everything was great."

"We had a confirmed reservation and when we arrived at 4:30 pm of a 4:00 pm check in we were told they had overbooked and we did not have a room which was to be a 2 night stay. The women at the reservation desk was wonderful and helped us secure another room and a different hotel bit after an 9 hour drive there we were disappointed."
