"Was assigned a room and when I opened the door there were clothes and boots on the bed. When I went to the front desk I was finally assigned a bottom floor which I requested to start with. Also found I was given a non upgraded room when I paid for an upgraded room. When I asked to receive a refund for the difference I was told no. I will not be staying here again."

"The room was very clean, linens were white and clean, but pillows were horrible and lumpy. Pictures were definitely from when the hotel was first built and it's much more run down now. However, you get what you pay for so at this price range, it was adequate, clean and safe. They need to have to be someting between the shower door and transom to stop the water from flooding the shower area. We had to use several towels to mop up the water after ever shower. "The room had a weird smell as soon as I walked in. The bathroom was very dirty. Mold in the shower, the shower floor was brown, and a mystery sticky scum in the sink. In the morning, the cleaning crew knock on my door at 9 am when check out was at 11. They came back and knocked again at 10 am. The elevator was small and there was only one in the whole building. It wasn’t a bad stay, I just don’t think they were prepared."

"The pool was CLOSED! We always choose a hotel with a nice pool for our special needs daughter. We chose this one for that feature and were sorely disappointed that we couldn't use it.
