"I have stayed at this hotel in the past, and the amenities were great. They said that because of covid-19, everything was closed. The restaurants, the spa, the pool, the bars, the gym, the concierge, even some of the entrances to the hotel were all closed. Other hotels seemed to be open and operational. I really wish that they had found a way to make it work. This hotel has a lot of potential, but with everything being closed, I found out hard to overlook the old and aging property. The...

"we loved the hotel, was a bit disappointed when checking out. we got charged for a dinner that we didnt even go. the front desk agent did not persue the situation and insisted us to have an authorization because we are checking out. and would like to resolve the charge. i find that the her urgency to resolve was a bit disappointing, checking out at 11am and the restaurant was open, and her answer was it was closed.. i know for sure the restaurant was serving lunch, besides, she should hav...
