"The staff was friendly. Room was nice and clean. Housekeeping was very accommodating on our request. Every staff greeted you all the time.
I had an issue on my inbound and reservations was able to amend my check in. Front desk greeted me and said it was nice to see me again."

"コロナ前に泊まって良かったので今回もここのホテルにした。
しかし、今回はとてもひどい滞在になった。
まず部屋がとてもカビ臭い。
入った瞬間から不愉快で滞在期間中この匂いを嗅ぐと思うと辛い。
臭い以外は比較的に良好である。
トイレはウォシュレット付き
アメニティはシャンプーコンディショナー ボディソープ 乳液 ハンドソープ 歯ブラシ ドライヤー 予備のトイレットペーパーも多数あった。
正面のエントランスからロビーに上がるエスカレーターが使用停止中でスーツケースを持ったままだと大変。
駐車場側エレベーターが稼働しており迂回できるがとても不便である。
ロケーションはタモンのメインの場所からは徒歩で15分〜20分程かかる。
暑い中歩くのはしんどいのでシャトルバスやレンタカーを上手く活用したい。"

"The room was clean and quiet, the flooring beautiful, the view gorgeous, the beds comfy and luxurious. The AC and TV worked just fine and the staff were friendly. It's also an easy walk to the beach and coffee shop.
I would've given the hotel 5 stars, except their boiler was out and there was no hot water. I was informed of this when I checked in, but it was late and I didn't have a backup hotel plan. Fortunately, the water was lukewarm, not cold. "
