"The whole place needs an upgrade."

"It was very clean, the kitchenette was also very nice. Plenty of space for luggage. Shuttle was also clean and was there early, the driver was also nice and helpful as well. The room I was in, the drain wouldn't really pop back up to drain, but it was still very good after a long day of traveling. Would definitely recommend staying at."

"The photos on Expedia were very misleading and did not match the actual room we received. The hotel was dirty, outdated, and not well maintained. To make matters worse, there was no hot water during our stay, which made the experience even more disappointing. "I have 2 sides The check- in process was much too long. There were four customers ahead of me, two were already being helped. It took 43 minutes until it was my turn. There were 5 customers behind me. When I made it to the counter, the entire staff seemed defeated. No welcome, no smile, nothing positive. "正直に書きます。数十年前に宿泊した時と違って明らかに質が悪くなりました。まず客室数に見合わない駐車場の少なさです。停める場所がないのでフロントスタッフに確認しましたが、セキュリティに聞いてと言われただけ。地下駐車場があるのですが、レストランのお客様優先で宿泊者は利用できないという状況。車が少なくなるまで待ちました。次にボイラーの故障とかでシャワーなどのお湯が出ないことです。予約後にお湯が出ないと通知があり知りました。ホテルのロビーや各フロアにはスマホを充電しているローカル（フィリピン系のワーカー？）が多数いて気になりました。ビールやアルコールの空缶などもエントランス周辺に捨てたままで、お世辞にも綺麗とは言えない状態。チェックアウト時にはフロントスタッフが他の作業をしながら片手間に対応。こんな対応もお国柄でしょうか？とにかく残念な思いをしました。"

"The room wasn't the cleanest, as evident by the dirt in the bedsheets upon arrival. The room is very dirt and the lights were flickering. The walls started sweating and ruined our appliances."

"The property is conveniently located to many stores and outlets. Staff are friendly and nice. As a returning customer, filling out paperwork repeatedly (same information the past 6 times I’ve stayed there this year, it is inconvenient to ask the same information over and over. "Rooms are terribly gross. I didn't even want to sit down anywhere or place my bag down onto any surface, especially the bed. The beds were literally from a scene of a gross motel in a movie. The blankets had holes and had multiple large stains, I am gagging thinking of it. Why wouldn't they replace those already?! The room had a terrible odor. "We stayed in Crowne Plaza for 5 days then switched to Lotte Guam. We have to say Lotte has lots of room to improve their service. 1. Front desk staff told us there is an ice bucket in our room, however we did not see it. 2. Breakfast selections are poor. 3. There is no any signs in the room that call locally will charge a fee. When we check out, they charged us 0.75/minute. 4. If you lose your towel card or room cards, you will get charged (thank God! we didn't lose any of the...
