"The Grind, which is a 24-hour cafe is well stocked and has fresh food daily. I would go there at 5:30 am daily for 2 weeks and see them replace unbought items-meaning that food is always fresh! "

"beautiful view but horrible rooms. all amenities are closed, gym is full of mold, also the room itself is full of mold. you can feel the springs in the bed, the air conditioning is hardly on. front desk told me to book through expedia because if you book through the hotel itself it's way more expensive even with a military discount. left there yesterday and got sick that night. thankfully the staff did give me a refund"

"ホントに素敵な滞在でした。今回クラブルームを予約したのですが、クラブラウンジスタッフに本当に助けられました。 色々な困りごとに対応して頂き感謝します。 日本語をお話出来るスタッフがいらっしゃり、台風で予定が無茶苦茶になっていたところ、電話して予約をしてくれたり、一生懸命日本語を話してくれて楽しませてくれたり、また、行くときは必ずクラブルームに泊まって、彼にお会い出来ることを楽しみにしています。 ホテル自体も素敵でした。"

"ウォータースライダーもですが、ホテル内のプールも使えませんでした。 子供が楽しみにしていたので残念です。 掃除も日本のホテルのようには綺麗ではありませんでした。 日本語が話せるスタッフも誰もおらず ホームページの内容とは違いました。 ただ、立地が良くタモンビーチまでも歩いていけるので、ただ泊まるだけでしたら良いかと思います。"

"이 숙박의 최고 장점은 직원분들이예요 4일동안 만난 모든분들이 다 너무너무 친절하게 모든 문제를 즉각적으로해결해 주어서 너무 편히 쉬다 왔어요 방도 너무 깨끗했고 침대도 너무 편해요. 수영장에서 수영하며 바다볼수도있고 또 호텔이 굉장히 조용한 로케이션에 있어 시끌벅적하지않아서 조용히 쉬기 좋아요. 또한 공항에서 매우 가까워서 빅플라스에요. 다음에 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다. 마지막으로 프론트데스크에 Owen 정말 고마웠어요. 쳇크인할때 친절하게 모든 문제를 신속하게 해결해주고 지내는동안 늘 미소로 손님을 대하는 진정한 아이랜드 스피릿을 맛보고 갑니다 이 호텔 강추 합니다"

"部屋から見える海が最高でした。 レストランの朝食は良かったのですが、ディナーがあまり人気無かったみたいです。 人が少なすぎて回転していませんでした。 ロケーションは良かったです。"

"Post storm staff failed to inform a.c wasn't working well, room was warm and smelled of mold. Room is dated and needs an upgrade as well as the bathroom. Additionally the towels and bath robes aren't soft at all. The Fitness center has old equipment and most weren't working well. The weights were dirty and there were no available paper towels or disinfectant to clean equipment before and after use. Staff were nice unfortunately it doesn't compensate for the property needing improvements. "

"We got a room here soon after super typhoon Sinlaku passed. We checked several resorts and the Hyatt was the only one we found who could accept new guests at the time. They seemed to do the best job at preparing for the storm and recovering quickly. We were so appreciative to be able to escape there to have power, water and laundry again. Thank you again!"

"I honestly did not think it lived up to the price. Room was fairly clean but not great. The bathroom was cleaned very well and had everything you could need. And a + the towels were fresh. The hotel itself is a little outdated and the halls to the rooms need work. Some open rooms with glass views of stored broken beds, chairs……also only one elevator was operational. But all in all the stay was Okay 👍."

"The room was on 5th floor and very comfortable, clean, and had everything i needed. It's not a resort type hotel and the price reflects that. It's clean, safe, easy to park at, and so close to the crazy touristy areas but not inside of it...which i loved. No babies and kids running around like you're gonna have at Dusit or Hyatt. The staff were busy and efficient and friendly. Towels were great and no complaints as i wasn't expecting too much. Reviews on this place, i found, were accurate....

"I work in another hotel so my expectations for the place weren’t high especially after a typhoon. So I’m not suprised that certain things in the hotel is out of order. What I did expect is a certain amount clear communication between guest and staff. Keep in mind I called a day ahead of time before making the booking asking about the laundry/gym/pool and was told that it was ALL working. (Which in fact wasn’t. Laundry-All the dryers were out of order. Pool-Out of order. Gym-Not all equipment was...

"The room price was fair. As soon as I entered my room, it had a sewage smell in the entrance and the smell got stronger throughout the night. I would probably not stay here again. But you can’t beat the price. I was only there for a couple of hours to rest and clean up before a flight."
