"The staff was excellent and extremely courteous. The property is beautiful and the main pool is like no other. The room seemed recently refurbished and had a nice new feel to it, however, the furniture seemed like the same previous furniture. Food was great and the buffet had good variety. Overall it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay."

"This is a very fancy hotel, and the geography is beautiful. The staff is solid, but they cater to the owners of the villas located on site…not the hotel guests. There was also loud music until late at night two nights we were there, once until 4:00am. "

"Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. The water sports options are fantastic. I highly recommend their scuba instructor "Sugar" if you are looking to get your certification. All of the chairs on the beach and around the pool have a float cushion and there were plenty of open chairs available. The beach was so beautiful. No seaweed on the beach. Food and drinks were great. The coffee bar was perfect and had delicious espresso drinks. Buildings were close together so no long walks to get to...

"The food at the buffet was outstanding. The band that played was great but did not perform as long as I would have liked. They should return after the stage performers (dancers ) and do a longer set. "

"We stayed in a efficiency which was cleaned every other day. Rundown condo's and studios. TV very small. The beach & balcony were wonderful.The freshwater pool area was extremely slippery & dangerous to use. Watched security guard sleep at his post for 3 mins. before I tooted the horn for him to lift the gate:( There are no type of activities to do here b/c the place is closed. "Beautiful resort but need a night life "

"Overall it was a nice resort with some nice staff but some of the staff didn't really want to work and it showed. Also be careful because I cut my foot on a tile that had broken in the pool."
