"Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations. Our 2-bedroom Presidential Suite with an Ocean View was spacious and comfortable for our family of five, but it was clearly not fully ready for guests. There was dried paint on faucets, toilets, floors and countertops, a toilet paper holder coming out of the wall with plaster still drying, a broken toilet seat, and a leaking refrigerator. All were reported to management, but no one came to inspect or repair them.
