"Gorgeous rooms with a great view! Mini kitchen was so wonderful - clean and modern. The self check-in is a great idea, but I can see where some people may find it confusing. Also, watch your head - low ceilings. But overall one of the best stays yet!"

"Staff were helpful on check in, recommended some places to eat. However not a great deal in the area, Vaduz is a short drive away though. If wanting to stay local there is a good Irish bar who had very good and friendly staff. The location of the hotel itself is on an industrial estate, however parking is easy. Would have liked a kettle in the room to make hot drinks for the morning. Also cleaning didn’t change the towel and only one was provided, it doesn’t dry to quickly in the bathroom."

"Hygiene standards unacceptable: Huge spots on carpets inside room and corridor (pets?) Fresh towels had clumps of hair from previous use Rooms not cleaned despite telling cleaning lady in corridor that it was available for her clean up. Sent complaints with detailed report and photos and for a total room rate of $591 for 2 rooms was offered CSF 40. Is this the value for basic hygiene at b smart?"

"The hotel is situated right beside the bus and train station which is great for obvious reasons using the transport system. The hotel was spotless and well maintained all be it a little dated and showing signs of age. Breakfast was included in our deal which was a range of cooked and cold items to suite all ages and great coffee. Car parking is available onsite if you hire one. However at £25 a day or part there off I thought it was expensive. Considering how small the spaces were and no...
