"I had an issue with the restaurant. At check in, I was provided a menu with a list of the daily specials. After deciding to eat at the restaurant due to the special menu, I was told that they could not honor the pricing due to no longer having that special & not being affiliated with the hotel. After speaking with the manager about my experience, I was still told there was nothing they could do. The hotel itself looks very run down & worn. "Nuestra reserva era Suite con dos habitaciones. Todo en perfecto estado. Muy limpio y camas muy cómodas. El desayuno incluido excelente. Muy bien situado. Recordad que no limpian las habitaciones diariamente sino cada 3 dias y avisando, si no avisas tampoco limpian, pero puedes pedir cambio de toallas a diario sin coste adicional. Aunque la reserva está pagada te retienen 400 dolares como señal y los liberan al hacer check out descontando laa tasas."
