"The staff were so accommodative and bent over backwards to cater to our needs. The location is stunning and so are the grounds. The set up of the rooms means that there’s barely any light that infiltrates and so during the day you may need to switch on a light to find your way. "

"At first we didn’t find the property because the indicated location on Expedia, as well as on Google maps showed that it is in the city center. "Everything was off. I booked online but when I got there there was no room reserved for me. They improvised a smaller room than what I had paid for without any remorse. "The guest arrived at the hotel and was informed that they did not have the reservation and they were already sold out. We had to make alternative arrangements for the guest to be hosted at a nearby hotel called Itibo Resort.
