"We had a great week at Caribe Tesoro. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and overlooking the water. It’s a small boutique hotel so it didn’t feel busy and the staff are always available to help you. The breakfast menu is somewhat limited but all of the options are great. We will definitely stay at Caribe Tesoro again. "

Given how far the town is from other cities, and the fact that we arrived in the evening, this presented a safety issue as we were not able to find another hotel and had to travel after dark to seek out other options out of town. The person that checked us in said that they couldn’t hold a room that was booked via this site and that I should have made a few reservations...
