"ARCA was great and cozy. The staff is amazing. The manager is even better, Probably beyond their control but a little less trees over the pool would make more appealing. But the food was delicious and the rooms were modern, chic and cozy. Love the aesthetics!"

"Beautiful resort. A lot has changed with Kipton managing the property now. It’s very crowded. Get to the beach after 8am don’t plan on having lounge chairs cause people come down at 6am and claim chairs with a hat. $60 daily resort fee and $32 pp breakfast are both new with Kipton. That adds up. Breakfast was previously included and there was no resort fee or it was in the daily room rate. No more free shuttle to and from Airport. It’s now $55 each way. As always the staff is amazing...

"We had an amazing stay! The hotel was beautiful and meticulously maintained. Every day we saw staff working to keep everything in top shape. Room service was available daily, and the staff went above and beyond to meet any request, including setting up a happy birthday banner for us. They were also incredibly helpful with booking tours and shared excellent knowledge about the island. Everyone was friendly and created a warm, community-oriented atmosphere. We would highly recommend staying here...

"The place was very big. Always clean. Staff was great. Expedia had to move us from the Kimpton because it got filled up. This was disappointing Honestly though it was a better space for our family. We loved having a full kitchen, 2 very nice bathrooms, laundry room and 2 balconies."
