"Room was clean and spacious. However it was a horrible night sleep wise for me and my husband! The bed has VERY hard. And the chair was AWFUL to sit/sleep in! Hardest bed we have ever had in a hotel. I have to sit up most nights because of back problems. And the chair was so uncomfortable and tortuous on my back."

"The handicap room we were was not much in handicap accommodations. The shower was a regular tub. There were handles and all that. The hand held showerhead was missing a bracket that held it on the sliding rod. It was up by the regular head which was mounted for 6 ft plus people. There was no way to hold it and shower too. The laminate on the bath door was peeling off. Looked rough. The room was very clean. "

"Room was large, and pretty clean. There was a mildew odor on the shower curtain, and all the refillable bottles of body wash and shampoo, were empty or nearly empty. It made the entire bathroom experience unpleasant. After a long day on the road, and multiple people needing showers, the last thing you want to do is wait around for basic necessities that should be routinely checked during cleaning."
