"Friendly and helpful"

"The vending machine was broken. The breakfast was weak at best. Other than that, the room was neat and clean."

"This hotel was nice to stay at the only thing I didn't like was the curtains were very dusty. Everything was great the guy at the counter was very friendly and helpful. He was gonna put us in a room upstairs i exspained I have knee problems and he gave us a room downstairs. I would recommend staying here if your looking for a good deal."

"The bathroom and tub were still dirty from previous people in the room, they gave us 1 towel, the a/c was loud like it was going to fall apart. The elevator stunk so bad like burning plastic. The entire place smelled like old cigarettes. The front desk girl was friendly and recommended a couple spots to go eat so that legit was the only good thing about the place."

"Gloria greeted us when we walked in after a 9 Hour drive through grueling terrain. We were exhausted and wanted to just go to bed. Gloria was so kind and inviting, she is a true asset."

"So this is an old hotel and hasn't really been updated in a while. At some point they did some cosmetic upgrades so they have nice floors, new paint etc. What they don't have is modern amenities. The shower was super small, and while I fit I could barely get my head under the shower. The water pressure was ok, but they had a low flow shower head, so it still took a while to get cleaned. The bed was ok, a tad bit stiff. There was no electrical plugs in the room. There were 2 plugs attached to the...
