"The shower was broken. I told the concierge on the first day, and after 4 nights there it was still not fixed. It floods past my ankles and sprayed everywhere and the shower head kept falling. Additionally, my water bottles were not replaced daily (even after leaving a note asking the cleaning person). I had to ask multiple times for more toiletries. Very clean though and beautiful property. Just a little "grey gardens-y""

"Great location. We walked everywhere but there are also trams to get you around. Definitely recommend a room with a view of Parliament Building across the other side of the river. Make sure to book your tickets for that well in advance or go to the ticket office at 8:00am where there are limited tickets for that day. "The property was exactly as it said it would be. Spacious, comfortable and right in the centre of Budapest, with easy access to all the sights. Richard and Noel were very helpful hosts, nothing was too much trouble. The sofa in the apartment was very dirty and the mirror had little child finger prints on it from previous guests. Other than that it was perfect."
