"I had a disappointing and somewhat unsafe experience during my stay. The shower floor was extremely slippery, which caused me to fall twice. I requested a shower mat from the front desk on two separate occasions, and each time I was told someone would bring it, but it never arrived. "This was excellent overall. The property is less than 6 months old so everything was modern and impeccably clean. Right besides the St Basilica so location for tourist to all of Pest and easy walk to the Chain Bridge to get to Buda. The breakfast was far better than expected and lots of variety. The best part was the staff. From the breakfast area who were so thoughtful for my wife’s gluten allergies to front staff and even the bar (where we had a fresh vegetable bowl that was delicious)....
