"Just returned from our trip, this hotel was fantastic, the staff were soo lovely and went above and beyond to ensure our room was made special and my mother was welcomed to celebrate her birthday. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully presented, the breakfast room is very pretty with a choice of hot or cold food which was all regularly replenished and the staff always on hand to ensure you're well looked after, just outside the hotel are some bars and restaurants making it perfectly located...

"Everything was great, especially the staff who were extra nice. The hotel is beautiful and the room is very spacious and nicely decorated. A very minor criticism is that the air conditioning was not very strong, but the room wasn’t stifling hot, it was just ok. Other than that, highly recommend."

"Great location. Very central. Helpful staff. Room was okay but bathroom was a disaster with the shower area. The water was everywhere as there was no proper barrier for water to stay in the showering area so it would overflow. I had to ask for several bath mats. Not expected from a 5 star hotel "
