However, our experience got off to a disappointing start when one member of our group arrived at 9am and was unable to check in early. While we understand that early check-in is subject to availability, no effort seemed to be made to accommodate her. "Conveniently located near metro station which was helpful. Only drawback was access to property. If dropped off on front of Main Street you have to take luggage through a long cobblestone Passage but if you get dropped off on a less busy street distance to entrance is shorter but you have a cobblestone long ramp walkway to pull luggage up."

The first apartment was fully renovated, bright, clean and depicted as in the photos. Unfortunately, our 2nd apartment was Nothing like the photos. Although it was comfortable, clean and had some renovations done to the kitchen & bedroom (great closet organizer) - it was literally 1/2 size of our first apartment and the bathroom was dated.
