"5 star in name only. More similar to 3 star but with a couple of average facilities. Rooms are knackered, breakfast is very limited. Very mixed staff ability. Do not disturb signs ignored completely. Duty manager and security manager is the same person and walks around in a tshirt and jeans. Amateur hour."
