"fantastic stay. the property was in the middle of a purchase and there were multiple staff and internal changes occurring. the current staff were amazing. they went above and beyond their duties for the hotel customers. i am extremely grateful for Cindy at the front desk and the beautiful hardworking bartender at the restaurant who was finishing up nursing school. They both should receive the highest pay increase possible as your purchase transition would not be capable without them. "

"We were out of our home for repairs and had scheduled for two nights but it was done sooner so we wanted to go home and Expedia makes it hard to contact anyone to cancel so hotel did it for us. Not full refund but appreciated what we did. Triple Play Hotel needs to update to higher commodes as I almost fell in the floor as it was so short. Fine for children but not adults. "

"during my stay the hotel burnt down. was still charged the ENTIRE RATE after I was told I would be refunded it, minus the first night. Literally something out of a movie. "

From the incredible robes, bedding and decor to the excellent whiskey and wine left for us to enjoy, incredible. Music in the room, the hot tub, the walking closet with fridge to store multiple coffee creamers for the morning, awesome. We ordered dinner in because we didn’t want to leave the beauty, watching the deer eat on the grass and the incredible sunsets. I asked for a bottle of champagne and Rita...
