"The amenities of the villa was great the experience of staying in the villa was great but wifi was down so we couldnt make use of the smart tv. The pool in our villa was nice. The service though was lacking for us because they did not do anything or even show any effort that they were handling the issue. Ice was also not available so we had to buy outside. "This is not exactly a hotel-type of establishment. It’s more like several an apartelle/rooms/suites in one building. Nevertheless, my experience with them was still a positive one. They don’t have a 24 hour front desk/lobby. However, late check-ins like ours can easily be accommodated. The room/apartment assigned to us was clean and spacious. AC was cold. Parking is on the street and seems very limited. There doesn’t seem to be an elevator. Overall, a positive experience. My only issue...
