"We stayed here for 5 nights. It’s a beautiful resort, well maintained, nice pool bar and very good restaurants. The spa amenities were great and beach is just a 5 minute walk where you can relax with a cold drink at the starfish beach shack! And the best part is the stuff, super friendly and helpful, would definitely come back!"

"The location is awesome.
Their pool is nice. The breakfast at Zing (? The in house restaurant. Not sure. ) was good.
Their check in time of 12 noon works soo well
The staff was lovely
But
The room size and view for the price was underwhelming.
Their mini bar was WAY overpriced.
Their shower head fixture (despite being a premium brand ) wouldn’t hold in position.
Loook for better alternatives in the same price range regardless of the location"

"We stayed in room 616.
This is a basic 4 star hotel for sure. It is clean. And the rooms are large. Bed is large and comfortable but the pillows were so soft they didn't work.
However our bar fridge didn't work. The bathroom is large.
The breakfast was adequate but we did have to ask for butter, There was no Ham or bacon available on the morning we stayed. Which is ok but after a while you do want a European breakfast.
We had a room service dinner which was adequate... lamb Chops were...

Food needs help especially club floor. If I am paying for club floor perks we’re ok. Loved laundry service. Spa was ok. Food at club lounge was bad. But overall loved my stay. We often stay here when we r in Bombay."

"The property is well positioned and clean. Staff look extremely unhappy , non smiling and not very helpful. We received terrible service on the first day after which I complained. Things improved after that. Staff need some serious training"
