"We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. "Every single time their breakfast area is crowded and they always keep moving you around so you cannot have the breakfast you want but only a sub menu with a poor service. Not sure why they cannot plan and execute what they promise to deliver. We don’t stay in these hotels to be ignored or receive a mediocre service."
