"We had an excellent stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured every detail was taken care of throughout our visit. The restaurants were fantastic, with great food and service. As a thoughtful surprise for our celebration, the hotel even provided a little cake, which made the occasion extra special. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel was absolutely stunning. I loved the pool area, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and warm throughout my stay. The restaurants inside the hotel were excellent, with great food and service. The staff also recommended a personal driver for the day, and it was one of the best decisions we made. He was very friendly, professional, and took us around New Delhi, making our visit so much easier and more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning to stay in New Delhi....

"We were very disappointed with many things... firstly the hotel needs to work on its maintenance part. The bathroom showers were broken n tap nozzles were too tight n clogged pores... could not take shower the first day. Then we complained they repaired it. The staff was sooo undertrained and raw.. And i feel they should atleast be aware of the hotel little basic know how... whm we were asking the staff about the property.. they gave us a blank look.. seemed very clueless The lady staff...

"This is NOT a 5 star as they claim. Very poorly maintained property. Most of the standard 5 star infrastructure is absent. Staff is very helpful, though it took a long time to get help at times. Room refrigerator/minibar wasnt working, had to get it replaced"

"It’s a great location, away from the crowds but with a great view of the lake and the town. Rooms were nice, quiet, and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There is a beautiful pool and Spa. Food was delicious."

"Very clean and helpful stay. Only issue is you will receive lot of communication prior to travel and sometimes the regional folks and local folks don’t exactly communicate to each other. They will sort it out eventually."
