"I was caught up in the events of 28th February 2026. I contacted the hotel by phone to explain but no one could come to the phone. I was promised I would receive a call back. Never did! But fully charged for the stay even though I couldn’t make it. Would really expect more from a hotel of this calibre."

"I liked a lot of things about the hotel, I loved the spa, and getting a coconut scrub and massage along with my time by the pool. The room was also very nice with a view of the pool and traffic. It was really nice. Overall it was a good experience though there was a baby lizard in my room (he was very cute, though he didn’t pay for his room and board,) and when I forest arrived one of the security offices accused me of not paying for my uber. "I went there on weekend for a family vacation. I had a excellent stay from the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism
