"The rooms were really cozy and very well maintained. The restaurant was a real treat and almost every dish that we tried was a hit with the family. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The view from the balcony was just magical.
We had gondola activities planned the day of our checkout. The staff were very accommodating and helpful and arranged for us to have our luggage kept with the reception while we checked out of the hotel and proceeded to the gondola."

"Property is very rundown in the halls. Carpet needs to be replaced. Bathtubs need to be replaced. The price they charged is what Marriott charges in the USA. This place at best is maybe 31/2 star. Staff is very friendly and courteous. "

"We have been to Golden Tulip hotels in different places, including Morni Hills ,Gurgaon and Goa. However please don't expect the same facilities, cleanness, service, ambiance.
This is not a neat place at all, paint jobs on the walls is very shabby. The furniture needs polishing, its terrible. The windows, floors, linen were really dirty and smelly. There is no benefit of a review view room, because the windows are too dirty, you cant view much. Do not go by the pictures, they are just...
