"It's definitely a 5 Star property. I'm only taking 1 star off for the amenity hrs. The fitness center opens at 8:30AM and closes at 6PM (last admission at 5PM). If you're a tourist and like to work out as well then forget either the gym or breakfast as the breakfast closes at 10AM. No possibility of working out in the evening either because when you're back from any excursion, it's closed. And BTW, the 2 days I used the gym, there was no air conditioning, no water and no towels. No attendant...

"It is too far walking from train station. Bus not operating due to construction for a week. Even bus is operating, you still need to walk uphill about 500 m . "Beautiful and grand hotel, spacious room, great views, best breakfast I have ever had in luxurious hotels. Great location about 10 - 15 minutes walk to the main train station. Love this hotel and definitely will return when we are in Interlaken again"

"We knew we wanted a room with a view when traveling to Wengen, in fact we reserved rooms with view for all out Switzerland trip. This was by far the best view for the whole trip. It is funny but I think the hotel actually undersold the view we were going to get from the Jungfrau View room. The room itself is perfectly fine, a little rustic, and there is no AC, but the view is FANTASTIC. Do yourself a favor and book this view, you will be happy you did. "This hotel was lovely. We had a spacious room with two balconies facing Jungfrau mountain. We could sleep with the balcony doors open for fresh cool mountain air and a great view in August. We did not get bit by insects. The bathtub is phenomenal, long and deeper than mine at home in California. The staff were simply wonderful and helpful. Included breakfast was great. Garden was delightful. I will absolutely stay here again when visiting the Swiss Alps."

"Very nice location. Right in the center of the city. What is very special for us is there are super market and laundry just next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpfull for us. would be great if the aircon is cooler. Sadly we stay there when heat wave happen in Europe. So the AC doesnt good enough. Other thing is, would be good if there is fridge on the room. Other than that, i would still reccomend people to stay here."
