"False advertising. This hotel gave us the dingiest room compared to other rooms in the hotel. When I asked them about it, they said that some rooms are old but it was never mentioned in the website. I had asked for a transfer and was told that i should have done during the check in process. How would I know? I happened to see the other rooms hence I questioned it. We were even asked to clean our room after checking out. First time I have ever heard this from a receptionist. Poor service!!!"

"Hotel situé en plein centre sur une rue à sens unique, donc déchargement des bagages à faire rapidement. Un très bon accueil de la reception, possibilité de garage moto pour un supplément de 10€, par contre le samedi matin il y a marché et la rue est fermée... il faut sortir par une des deux rues perpendiculaires... chambres pas très insonorisées, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir. Les douches et descentes d'eau des autres chambres s'entendent bien... avantage d'être plein centre,...

"Room was clean, staff very friendly. Really close to the slopes and the introduction this year of no booking of sauna and steam room was a bonus. "

The hand soap and body wash smelled very good, but it was a little tricky to figure out the drainage for both the sink and the shower. "Très bon séjour à l’Hôtel Martinez ! L’établissement est top, propre et bien entretenu, avec une atmosphère agréable du début à la fin. Le restaurant et le bar sont vraiment appréciables. Le personnel mérite une mention particulière : toujours souriant, d’une grande gentillesse et surtout très arrangeant. Ils font le maximum pour répondre aux demandes et rendre le séjour confortable !! Une expérience vraiment positive, avec un service de qualité et une attention constante portée aux clients....

"J'ai réservé une chambre pour la nuit arrivé sur place pour récupérer la chambre le numéro de la chambre réservé il y avait une personne de dans il a fallu téléphone au service de nuit pour qu'il puisse venir me donner une autre chambre entre l'arrivée et pouvoir récupérer une autre chambre plus 1h45 sans parler du problème avec la machine qui avait un problème sur les numéros à valider mon numéro de téléphone j'ai eu accès à la chambre à 2h50 du matin vraiment très très déçu après avoir fait de...
