"Good location on the Central Promenade not too far from the city attractions. You can get a direct bus both to the ferry terminal and to the airport. Good variety of breakfast to choose from both hot and cold If you fancy something traditional you can order the Manx kipper. There are in house bar and restaurant facilities. "Property looks run-down with damaged wall and worn carpets. Old fashioned shower needed fiddling to balance from taps.
Breakfast - good selection and reasonable value. Charged extra.
Bed comfortable.
Would rate barely as three star."

"The property was in an ideal location for all the Bowling Greens used for the Isle of Man Bowls Festival.
Only 5 minutes walk to the local Tesco and 10 minutes to the sea front.
The apartment was clean and comfortable with no noise from the other apartments in the building.
When staying in the apartments you have use of the restaurant and bar in the sister hotel which us 2 minutes walk away.
I would recommend to family and friends"

"Rooms at back can be noisy overnight with staff talking while smoking, bins being filled and collected, road sweeper."
