Our stay was luvly, right qhere we wanted to be very cl8se to the beach, rooms very comfortable and clean.Rosemary and David are very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are brilliant, we had something different each day and no complaints from us and the warm lemon drizzle cake was divine.

A little gem, beautifully appointed throughout. Room 10 comes with a large pink bathroom which includes a bath the length of which I had not yet encountered, a toilet built like a tank (double hinged toilet seat and cover) and a mahusive walk-in shower large enough to fit big foot. A well-run, small hotel situated a short walk from town centres in Bournemouth and Boscombe.

We were blown away by how friendly and helpful the staff were, every single one of them , I would highly recommend here and will definitely return , food is amazing , so much choice and large portions , we absolutely loved it .

It was a fantastic little place and very welcoming on arrival. In fact, my partner thought it to be a suitable place to ask to marry him. There is a lovely garden where you can enjoy a nice cup of tea and then breakfast was incredibly generous. Had a lovely Halloween stay in Burley, such a great location in the New Forest. Really appreciated the friendly staff, lovely welcoming bar, and the superb Halloween decorations which really set the scene and mood.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and contactable at all times, the accommodation was clean and very comfortable, everything we needed was in the room. There was plenty to choose from for breakfast whether hot or cold and all hot food was cooked to order. I would highly recommend this guest house and would definitely stay again.
