"The hotel is at a very good location, just one block from the beach, near restaurants, shops, services. Staff is amazing: very approachable, accommodating, friendly. A complimentary continental breakfast is available every morning. Rooms are spacious, clean. The small issues at the hotel (quality of the bed, pillows, and towels) do not interfere with our assessment. Very good option for a fair price."

"Brown Beach House is a good option if you're looking for accommodations close to the beach. We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed our experience. We found the hotel in general could be cleaner, and the rooms were a little dated, despite being 'modern' in decoration. "Exceptional -- greatly exceeded our expectations! Our superior room was much larger than expected. The double shower was huge, and there were 2 closets with extra storage space. They provided bottled water each day. The cappuccino maker was a nice touch. Bed was large and very comfortable, with premium bedding. Breakfast was unbelievable (and included!). "Great location and nice restaurant space. Breakfast was good. Room was a little smaller than expected but sufficient. We didn't really have any needs that weren't met though the few times we had questions there wasn't any hotel specific staff we could identify. The restaurant staff were helpful. Hotel staff were reachable and responsive via phone and text. I would stay here again. "
