"We stayed here because the resort looked beautiful and it was... the decor and style was amazing! Beautifully done. Unfortunately, I should have gotten the clue when we walked into the room and laying on the bedside was a white noise machine and ear plugs. Not only could we hear the trains - but we could hear our neighbors on either side fully!! Their convos and their music, they weren't loud there was just no sound barrier whatsoever in between the rooms. Until this is fixed I do not...

"Short stop while traveling. We had one issue which was a travel ball teams kids making a lot of noise next door. We alerted Jana and she very quickly and professionally involved the parents and resolved the situation. Breakfast was better than normally expected. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant."

"The light fixture in the bathroom didn’t even have a cover. The sprinkler for fires in the bathroom was just a sprinkler in a big hole in the ceiling. The breakfast was disgusting and I didn’t even finish it. For what I paid for that room I expected a lot more. I will not stay again."

"No complimentary coffee in the lobby! That was a disappointment. No one uses the in room coffee maker after seeing how gross they can be. Not particularly this hotel but generally most coffee makers."
