"We almost didn’t stay, as the screens on outside windows near pool were in terrible disrepair. We decided to go in. The hotel staff member was willing to show us our room. It was acceptable, so we checked in. Beds were uncomfortable and room was dusty. The breakfast was good and all staff we encountered were friendly. Overall it was an okay stay, but won’t likely choose this location in the future."

"Let's start with the fact that the staff were horribly disrespectful, rude, and had major misunderstandings of how you treat customers. I had an employee cuss me out, the room had roaches. Noises inside kept me up all night. The night shift staff slept behind the desk and was unavailable the whole night. Day shift desk person was disrespectful. 0/10"

"This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. "
