"It’s a Quality inn. It’s definitely different but the bed are on wheels on hardwood floor and moves away from the headboard easily. Rooms smells musty. Overall they were clean, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Staff was friendly. The bar/restaurant in there was nice and the bartender was also very friendly! "

"Across from McDonalds, right off interstate. Convenient and price wasn’t too bad. They lock the doors at front entrance at night and you can’t get in and out. That was strange. But other than that great!"

"No hot tub on site. Pool area seemed clean but we did not swim. The breakfast was sufficient with kind staff that continuously tidied up. The lobby and eating area were very clean. Beds were firm, the room was in good condition, no in-room coffee maker but available if asked. Would stay again. Happy customers."

It is not part of Three Bears Resort like the listing states, you do not have access to the waterpark unless you want to pay extra. “Dogs welcome” means a dog as there is a 1 pet maximum and for $150 fee, which is also not disclosed on the listing and you find out in your confirmation email after booking. This property was also being booked through a vacation rental company (Evolve), which is also not disclosed until after you book. The owner of this property...

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lovely Rural Hixton Farmhouse. The accommodations exceeded our expectations and were even better than described. The farmhouse is cozy, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. The hosts were wonderfully communicative, and we especially appreciated the surprise s’more fixings—a delightful and memorable treat! We highly recommend booking a stay at this farmhouse."
