"Room was clean and neat. Big room plenty of room to move around. Jacuzzi style tub but didn't get a chance to use it. Very helpful staff and manager helped us with an issue we had with our reservation with ease. I'd definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Location was great close to all shops and convenience stores in downtown."

"We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets were soft. The staff was so welcoming and helpful, they met each of our needs with a smile. Breakfast was simple, but sustainable with hot and cold options. Would definitely stay again if back in the area!"

"Not that it was a bad issue but the pool was being remodeled and was closed. So my wife decided to use the jet tub in the king suite. The jets did not work and black flaky stuff came out of the tubes. Overall it was a great stay and the staff was great. I cannot remember her name, but she was the hostess/waitress in the restaurant for breakfast and she was great! Very kind and helpful! Appreciated that very much."

"Stayed there 2 months ago and the AC didn't work and had to switch rooms tried to stay again the AC was not working and the room had a portable AC unit that made the room tolerable but not comfortable, also found out when booking through Expedia they charge a service fee on top of the Expedia rate."

"Loved the dog park. Was great to have a bar on the premises and a wonderful bartender. Our room was clean and appeared to have new carpet and bed. We had to hold the handle down for a few seconds to flush the toilet. The shower drain was plugged and should be cleaned out. Overall, was a great place to stay and we will come again."

"There was no prior notice that the pool was closed by the health department over a week before our stay. The staff’s response was you’re free to try getting a room at another hotel. There was a shower in my room, but the faucet had been changed, so there was no way to turn the shower on."

"Place was clean , pool clean and no hot tube. Couple issues a few wall plugs in our room didn't work and our carpet felt damp"

"The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows flat. Very noisy while trying to sleep at night from the traffic revving and racing on the roads. Rooms easy to access with cards. Rooms were clean. Parking was plentiful. Breakfast was fine."

"Room very dirty!! Not vacuumed and hair on the floor in the bathroom. I noticed a couple other travelers leaving because it was so dirty"

"While checking in, the front desk associate did not seem to understand how to use the computer which led to a very long check in. The hot tub and pool were not functioning and was not stated on their website. Breakfast was being closed 30 minutes before end time as we were coming for it and it was all picked over with not much left. Parts of the hall way smelled of weed. Very disappointing experience and will not go back."

"Whatever you do don't start the heater that's built into the wall in the bathroom, sparks were flying out and it was loud loud."
