"Nice place, however not having an elevator makes it tough for people with heavy luggage or coolers to get to the 2nd floor. Also the ice machine on 2nd floor was out of order... It was nice enough for us, would probably stay again, to be honest."

"My wife and I went to go visit her son in Kendall. We stayed at your place. We really enjoyed it very clean. I love the breakfast buffet. If I had a complaint, it would be the room needs two chairs where we were hanging out. I did not like one of us sitting on the bed and one of us sitting on the chair other than that everything was great."

"Friendly and helpful receptionist. Old property and dusty, and the pillows were not my preference. We also had trouble getting consistent hot water on our second morning, although the hot shower worked well the first night. The breakfast was fresh and good. One staff member checked in each guest by asking for their room number and frequently walked around to assist guests during breakfast service. I would rather pay an extra $10 for a newer place."

"Excellent parking. The staff were all very nice. Great water pressure in the shower. The breakfast had actual “real” scrambled eggs which were really good. The only downside to anything was that there was no meat on the breakfast bar and the fruit was old."

"The room we had wasn't cleaned before they gave it to us. Found dirty kleenex in my bed. The bathtub and bathroom was not clean and the carpets throughout where we walked looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. They moved us to another room where at least 2 outlets didn't work including the only one in the bathroom and we had trouble with the toilet flushing. We did not use the breakfast bar! "

"Not that it was a bad issue but the pool was being remodeled and was closed. So my wife decided to use the jet tub in the king suite. The jets did not work and black flaky stuff came out of the tubes. Overall it was a great stay and the staff was great. I cannot remember her name, but she was the hostess/waitress in the restaurant for breakfast and she was great! Very kind and helpful! Appreciated that very much."
