"The property is great. Services and staff very efficient and helpful. However, there is major construction on Emek Refaim some days dust flying everywhere. If you want to walk on Emek Refaim you have to endure heavy equipment and excavators digging hammering and all sorts of noise The light rail is being extended to Emek Refaim and the National rail is being extended to the old Train Station. This seemingly is a multi year project. If your driving or taking a taxi park in parking lots or...

"The room was very dirty with dirty curtains that had boogers on them. The side tables weren’t cleaned, they had seeds on them as if someone was still staying in the room and the bathroom sink had toothpaste stains and it was moldy overall with water spilling out significantly when showering. The only redeeming qualities about this property were its location and helpful and kind staff. Im not sure why it’s rated so high, I would highly recommend Hashimi hotel instead."

"The Kings hotel has great location. At the edge of a quiet neighborhood pretty close to the city center and the old city. My room had a small balcony witg amazing views! The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great and the gym, in spite of being small is well equiped and, no less important, well ventilted and airconditioned. I whole heartedly recommend this hotel."
