"Staff were friendly and very helpful. They even allowed for an early check-in when the room was fully prepared!
That being said, compared to my last stay, the shortcomings were more obvious. The safe box in the room was not functioning and the air-conditioning was not as cold as it should be(my friend's room was ice cold to the point of condensation on the windows).
And again, the breakfast spread could do with more variety.
Overall, the hotel was a nice retreat from city life and I do like...

"Great location and relatively attentive staff, I feel the entire resort is suffering from a lack of tourism which reflects in a lack of maintenance on buildings, but for the price it’s a good escape"

"The place is secluded and peaceful. However the Wi-Fi as per other review is very bad. The hotel room is not maintain well."

"From the beginning we arrived at the hotel , the bellboy helped us a lot with our luggages and even took my son and walked him into the lobby, the checkin was super fast, and i got a room with a nice view, the pool was big and beautiful, the room was spacious and the bed is super comfort, will definetly back if we go to JB"
