"We absolutely loved our stay here, it's such a beautiful resort and the service is excellent. The pool is wonderful and always plenty of sunbeds. The food is great, with two restaurants to choose from and a good variety on the menu. The buffet is quite expensive compared to the a la carte menu. We enjoyed the pool bar and beach bar and selection of cocktails.
We loved our trial diving and our snorkeling trip, where we saw small sharks and a turtle. There's a buggy service to take you anywhere...

"Location is a plus. Very near to KSL shopping center and pelangi plaza. It just a walk distance around 10 minutes. Room and bathroom also good. My room was in level 22, so its a nice view. Have bathtub inside the room. Everything was very good except the breakfast on my 1st day to stay which was on 30 Oct. The breakfast tasted average, even several foods tasted bad like siomay and porridge. But surprisingly on my last day (i stayed 2 nights here) the breakfast was delicious even for the siomay....

"From the beginning we arrived at the hotel , the bellboy helped us a lot with our luggages and even took my son and walked him into the lobby, the checkin was super fast, and i got a room with a nice view, the pool was big and beautiful, the room was spacious and the bed is super comfort, will definetly back if we go to JB"
