"The bedroom area was fine. The shelves in the open closet area was very dusty and had not been cleaned since I do not know when. The bathroom was old and needed updating. the bathroom door and casing were water damaged and could not be closed.Every time you cut on the light to the bathroom the exhaust fan would come on which was nerve-wracking.
