"There was many many young baseball.players amd their families. Kids running up and down the halls, they were very unruly. Best Western didn't do anything to stop them, nor did their parents. Other than that, everything was good."

"Very helpful staff; 2 rooms were located together and away from sports team group (which we know can be noisy!). Rooms were very clean and well stocked with towels/toiletries etc. Great breakfast room/service! Thank you."

"The hotel is typical of he Hampton Inn properties: good beds and linens, very liberal TV and internet offerings, A/C, plenty of towels, and decent breakfast. When we travel, my wife prefers Hampton Inns and I prefer her to be happy. They do need to pay more attention to housekeeping. There was only 1 drinking glass in the room, no bag for dirty laundry, and we had to call for additional toilet paper. Small stuff but important stuff. On the other hand ... local hotel management helped me...

"Had a great time in Bradley. The restaurant on site is amazing! Food was so good! The bed was perfect. Rooms very quite from outside noise. Breakfast was the best we ever had. Reasonably priced and very nice!"
