1. The shower water didn’t drain off easily, so huge amounts would spill outside as there are gaps in the shower cubicle. I hope they correct this.
2. I got a fruit basket on the 3rd day of my 4 night stay at the hotel. However, no one refreshed the fruit basket on the 4th day and they did not replace the plate and cutlery.
Otherwise, very spacious and comfortable room, hotel facilities and very courteous staff.

After staying in several hotels in Saddar, we finally settled in Hotel Excelsior because it was fully booked until that date. The hotel was amazing, the cleanliness, the breakfast had both Pakistani Breakfast and Continental breakfast also. The stay was very comfortable and the service was amazing as well. Really good choice for Karachi Airport - should be the number 1 choice for the budget traveller. Basic but quiet and comfortable rooms. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Superb free airport transfer in the early hours in a large sedan car for the mile or so to Airport Departures.
