I had an excellent stay at the Avari Hotel. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—always going the extra mile to assist. What really stood out were the unique amenities: an on-site barber, currency exchange, and even a fleet of cars available for guests, which made getting around the area super convenient. The room was thoughtfully stocked with extras like a dental kit, shaving kit, and shoe shine kit, which I’ve rarely seen even in high-end hotels. The food was great, and service across the board was consistently top-notch. The only thing I wish they offered was the ability to buy a local mobile SIM or plan on-site instead of having to go to an external store. Would absolutely recommend staying here—great value, excellent service, and lots of thoughtful touches.

All was great, liked the property and the value it adds to the city and its attractions. BUT, the staff is focusing TOO MUCH on other things rather than the pleasure of their guests. I saw a lot of formality and lack of genuineness. The staff is not trained ( my personal opinion) on diversity and miss-judges people based on their own assumptions rather than trusting the guest’s credibility. Again I say, The property is great.

This was my second stay in December. First stay was for one night and all good. This stay was for 8 nights and booked two rooms for family. I asked in advance for connecting rooms. When we arrived we were offered one room on 9th floor and second on 6th floor. This was not suitable for family with young kids so they gave us two rooms on second Smoking floor. These rooms smelt of smoke and were old and dirty. After complaining, we were offered two connecting rooms on third floor but was charged a lot more money extra. Not very good service as half of our stay, there were no towels in our rooms. These were bought up after a telephone call. Rooms are tired and old and in need of renovation. Would not stay here again
