The front desk manager has a Ritz Carleton mentality where he goes above and beyond to please his guests. We had some issues with the sleeping arrangements and he solved it in seconds. My notes: Polite and helpful employees, Good room, Was comfortable with the aircon, Enjoyed the swimming pool, (got lucky it was the Tuesday with night swimming). good and early breakfast that is suitable to start the day early in the hot summer. Only inconvenience was stairs between the elevator to the room. (There are rooms in the half without the stairs, and I didn't check if there was another elevator)"
