The staff, super friendly and helpful - in particular Nyoman who went of his way with exceptional and friendly service. "If you are looking for a place that is quiet, peaceful surrounded by beautiful gardens and beachfront, this is for you. Situated approximately 2 hours north of Denpasar, it is well worth the trip. The staff were super friendly, the rooms and amenities very clean and tidy. A good spot to base yourself for sight seeing in Eastern Bali. I recommend utilising tour bookings at the hotel, using a driver and guide. We had Desy, as our guide, who was very informative with a cheerful deposition. Food options were very good with various options at the three restaurants. There is an ATM across the road from the hotel with a couple of local eateries and a small convenience store. The hotel arranged transport transfers for us, with no issue. In all, we enjoyed our week here and will be back for a future stay. "
