"The only good thing about this hotel was the front desk agent Jaqueline. Carpets in the hallway and rooms were disgusting, we wouldn’t take our socks off. Room doors didn’t shut properly and didn’t align so you could see light through the frames. The curtains were water stained and had tape to cover the tips and tears. Bathroom shower door handle was missing on the inside so couldn’t shut it all the way. The refrigerator motor hummed all day/night. Stains on the inside of the top bedding...

"This hotel was the worst. It stinks really bad. Towels and sheets were dingy. Shower/Tub was filthy. You could see dirty finger prints on the shower curtain. Elevator needed to be swept and mopped. This is a extended stay for the unhoused. That's fine if it is, but don't charge people like it's a well maintained property. Clean it properly after your extended stay.... roaches Yuck! Throw those towels and sheets away."

"Super clean room - owner AND cleaning staff offered to help heavy bags up steps. Shower was great! Owner Justin has a really cool motorcycle shop on property and is willing to show it to guests - I highly recommend! Super close walking to downtown Plainfield. Will definitely be back!!"
